This is the personal blog of me, Staffan Svenstig, a management consultant with a background as a software lead and software developer working in the automotive industry. I have worked with different agile development methodologies since 2001. I am a certified SAFe® SPC and a certified Assessor for AUTOMOTIVE SPICE®. Most of the time I have been involved in projects concerning automotive electronics. In the projects I have been part of I have seen the advantages of combining an agile mindset with quality standards like Automotive SPICE or Functional Safety.
